Like I dunno man, this happens so rarely but I don't want to jinx my luck
Can it be cause of asian file names?

I scanned this game and it said it had two malicious files in it if anyone else can vouch for this game i wouldn't recommend downloading it.

What did you guys scan with? I've scanned with windows and MalwareBytes, idk how good they're usually considered, but I got no hits and haven't had any problems since running the game a couple of days ago

Strange, I'm using the same and not getting anything. What hoster did you download from? I used MEGA, I don't see why the file host should matter, but if that's the same too then honestly I have no idea why we'd be getting different results. My IT knowledge only extends so far.
I'm inclined to say it's a false positive, given that I haven't had a problem with it and it's rare to see a virus make it past an official uploader; although I'm also certainly not qualified to make that declaration so idk, if you weren't especially interested in this game maybe just don't take the risk

My take on it is that Windows Defender just freaks out from asian file names

I fixed it!
I had to change my display refresh rate to 60, for anyone with the same problem.

Azumi? You mean Azami? She's a guest character from the "Village of Busty Lolis". As for the other girls that seem familiar, they came from the circle's previous works. Games, digital novel, and also ASMRs. Oh and some came from other artists' doujin too... quite old ones.

Not a very good game but has good scenes despite the rather poor translation that could've definitely been better. I both like and dislike the fact that there are more obscure scenes that require losing to specific attacks, even two that don't have CG.
