Im not sure butchering someone else game is ok. Now im tweaking greentea assets, but they are mostly common vanilla level, not exactly what i need.
Well 1/3 will be much more than any demo. People try to drop early demo to see what mistakes are already there.

Don't need demos, especially with the "Early Access" trend going around.
All indie games are in EA semi-permanently pretty much.
You mean bugs? Bugs will always be there either way.

Plenty of games around you can play to learn how to build at least a half-decent game.
If he didn't play even a single rpgmaker before starting on his game... no amount of demos will help him.
