I think his trip to Harvard was to get the badge and do the tour. To then gather intel about the school, and how they acted. Maybe get a few teachers names and such so that he would be more believable if questioned.

Also I never saw suits, so glad i found this first lol.

I could buy that. But the game's structure as currently written doesn't show him doing that (unless it's later and I didn't get that far) and does a poor job of communicating that he's doing it offscreen.

Err, the minigames are shit. You have to think too much about this kangaroo court system they call law in the US. After the 2nd time I decided to just randomly click shit, because I can't be arsed to follow the fucked up logic of that "law".
