I've been supporting him for more than a year now and I don't regret doing so. I don't mind waiting for something I know will be good and have quality content.
He updates progress once every month, sometimes twice. You can find daily updates on his twitter. You can talk to him and ask, he answers to everyone if it's not the usual "next update when ". He does every asset, background, animation, character design, programming, level design... by himself.
Things take time, unfortunately. The steam issue was a punch in the development and slowed things down, but that's all in the past. The level would probably had been completed sooner if it wasn't for that tbh. Shit happens. If it helps, every day that passes, we are one step closer to finally setting foot on that chapel. I've never been so motivated to pray in all my life .

I will keep this thread updated with anything significant that comes out. As always, consider supporting his job if you want and can.

To be fair the dev does seem focusing on pretty pointless stuff in the dev updates sometimes, can't really fault him but I get why someone would be peeved

I'm a developer myself, guess I'm just getting triggered abit easier but such things than other people. Good work takes time, if you can't wait then look for something else. In the long term you'll run out of things though.

You mean turn dark pretty quickly, correct? That's the same like the Doll House, looks cozy and nice in day time, but at night, it's all evil and twisted with those animated dolls & that candle girl ghost.

Lol, if you mean full of cum everywhere, then it'll be almost like Obsidian Hall with those pink haired succubus girls everywhere, I like that level.

We'll see if there's an outside area of the level itself. So yes, possibly some female imps, but as statues and they're not pleasant to have sex with. Remember there's also a chandelier made out of upper body of the girls?

I understand the sentiment, but I don't believe people should bite their tongue just because something is free. If people are allowed to say good things, people are allowed to say bad things. You can try to challenge their perspective, but phrasing it like that tanks all chance of a civil discussion. The guy said none of those things.

Progress report (20221110)

I have been doing the program part for more than a month or so, and the program part has come to a conclusion for the time being.
Now I'm back to drawing.
Next I should continue to draw until all the art parts are completed.

In fact, I'm not sure how many H-scenes are needed for this stage yet.
There are still 4 H scenes that I haven't finished, and 3 H scenes that I'm still considering whether to draw.
Now I'll consider whether to paint those scenes after I finish the ones I need to finish first.

I started working on the chapel in November last year, and it's been almost a year now.
But in the middle I spent a lot of time on Steam, and I also took a break for more than half a month due to injury.
Anyway, I still need some time to work on it, there should not be anything else before the chapel is finished.

And in addition to the boss, the last character was also revealed, although you can meet her at the beginning.
But more secrets are hidden in a corner of the chapel.

No no, he didn't mean that. There's still quite a big chunk of art to be done, 4h scenes and 3 others that he's thinking about. The good part is that programming and level layout/design is pretty much finished. What I meant with "big report" is that usually the reports on the 24th are more extense and come with sneak peeks of new content, while the reports on the 9th are shorter.
