Yes but in terms of hentai it is a thing. Its like the difference between a harem and a reverse harem. All im asking to categorize it so that people that like it can find it easier. Not everyone is always looking for a woman Getting forced down by some crazy man or any other things that rape games tend to have.

It's a specific fetish and a tag would help categorize games better.

Rape is very "general", very broad, reverse_rape is very specific, it basically mean vanilla sex against ones will that is male done by one that is female, that usually mean no futa, no yaoi, no vore, no anal penetration on the male, etc... and usually multiple times (until the male pass out or die)
Roughly everything about monster girls is about this niche and designed like so, this game is a good example of that, just because you don't understand a kink and/or don't like it doesn't mean it doesn't have a right to exist, pal.
Reverse rape can happily exist as a tag for a certain fetish but it's still just regular old rape. Sex against your will is rape, no matter what you have between your legs.

Historically, you'd be right. But nowadays it's just "female on top" or "female in charge". Basically it doesn't mean much anymore since it's used too broadly, and needs other tags to tell wtf they actually mean.
