Nope, they already denied him his appeal. According to other people who've gotten 'Banned' status after submitting their game, there nothing they can do.

The currency type isn't the problem, the game isn't illegal where he wants it to be sold, its just that Steam doesn't want to be associated with the content in his game, according to Poring, he only submitted the first level for review, which means that the reviewer had a problem with the imps which is pretty ridiculous since its the same character in his first game that is currently on Steam right now.
Steam is the platform where Poring can get the most exposure, its where he has the most profit potential and where he doesn't have to censor his art, despite the fact that hes making some pretty good money on Patreon at the very least, I'm sure he wants to grow his business by adding more fans. The Dlsite cut is gigantic, and for the past two months since he completed Forbidden Lab hes done nothing but prepare for the Steam launch, even ordering custom art for it.
I've been following Poring closer than pretty much anyone else and last night he was saying and i quote that its "not a matter of whether the game is dead at this point, its a matter of how i'm going to bury it." Hes also expressed frustration and disappointment that he won't able to make a game within the full scope of his creativity, having to neuter the game to ensure that it gets approved for Steam next time.
We have the political pressure applied by neo-puritan types to thank for this and all of the other bullshit censorship thats been happening lately on all the aforementioned platforms.
