Not sure where this is supposed to be set, but that's a pretty easy thing to do in most big cities in Texas; well, frankly, most US cities that aren't on the West Coast, Upper East Coast, Chicago, or other cities in the really high tax jurisdictions around the country.

Goddamn. I'm disabled and never been able to move out of my parents at 49 until soon I will be able with GF as her best friend (female) makes a shitton from YouTube and TikTok.I never made working more than about $10/hr and can't do a lot and on Social Security get about $1,000/month and have lots of medical expenses. Glad I'm Texan and not Canadian. The mortgage payment on my 3,600 sq/ft 4b, 2.5bath, 3-car on 1/3rd of an acre near Houston is under $1,300/mo (around $1,700 Canadian). If I were to put it up for rent, it would still be only about $3KUSD per month. That is, of course, in the 'burbs. Closer to the CBD, things would probably double on average.

a little experimental mod
adds "Female Preference Mode" beside game's built-in "Lesbian Mode" in the options
difference - "FP Mode" doesn't remove straight content (for example - Violet scenes) nor autoskip choices which can lead to straight content (up to a player what to choose), but it will gender-swap some minor characters (mostly noname strangers) like "Lesbian Mode" does and picks some "Lesbian Mode" dialogue variations, less creepy dudes - more chicks - no removed content
also adds few more stats to "MC's Stats" screen in top right corner
