Not all women can (or ever will) become pregnant. So far it's Aunt Liz, Mother Susan, Baroness Julia and Lala. You have to progress with their questlines first. Have a fertility potion ready or you will be in for a grind. Basically if the impregnation minigame plays after a pussy creampie you can make them preggo.

why to use something that marked as virus it never happened before so why now? because of that its not allowing it to download because of the virus.

I was able to download it, but for this game, and a few others, I get Virus protection pop-up when I Unzip, saying I got some backdoor thing. Seems to be happening elsewhere as well. I am running a virus scan.

You can, but only if you didn't opt for Julia to move into the cottage in the village. If the cottage below Ms Eve's house is empty you can marry Gretel and have her move in there.

If you disable your antivirus and unzip the compressed folder it should be fine.

I'm using a full save from the previous version where I have Lala and the others, but when I walk up To Gretel at her shop, there's no extra dialogue that would allow me to date her or anything. Do I have to start over and do something different with her father's quest?

Really strange. I scanned both Mega and my PC several times with a few protection apps, all say clean.

Are you using an old save file? Normally the bathhouse should be ready after 10 days when the gold was paid.
