I just found Swamp Village and everything works

You can but you first have to get cozy with the swamp villagers. Talk to a few of them, get the quest from the Oracle to kill one of the big scalie boys, do so and then you can accept quests from the quest board.
One of those quests will allow you to move over the water.
Quest completed. But the boat does not appear, or rather the pillar is not active
Quest I did. The boat has arrived. But there is again a problem. This is the last rabbit .. I ran around and did not find it. I ran through the jungle with Agnes, only 2 were found, and 3 does not randomize ....

If you rely on the pendant you should be careful. One of the jungle maps requires that you move a few steps onwards before the pendant gives a warning about a rabbit. If you found all the rabbits on the jungle maps you forgot one somewhere else.
You will have to brute force it by checking every location again.

I need help, I am doing the beuty and the beast quest for the second time but I can't get on the second floor of the mansion, I did it in the first time but now I can't for some reason, everytime I talk to nalla the protagonist only say "I came to see you" so I cannot go furter with this quest, anyone can tell me what is the requirements for the mc saying he want to talk to the baron?)

Did you talk with Triss, the maid in the kitchen, after talking to Nalla? She will tell you that you need flowers to make Nalla more friendly towards you.
did you talk to the guard at the village exit?
