So with the toggle on the characters actually react on being pregnant and have extra scenes or is it just eye candy like you mentioned and the standing image just changes but nothing else?

Character busts have a pregnant version and some CGs display the belly. Plus there are artworks for some babies (right now Mother Susan's baby) but it's WIP.
Other than that it's an extra, nothing more. It's more about the world and how it goes on with or without the PC.

It has 2 full routes, 2 in process, and some events based on the players desicion. Or at least thats what I've seen so far. But at the end of the day all of the NTR content is based on the decisions the palyer takes.

The key is inside a stone vase. Should be the one on the left side of the screen.
Before you enter the village and if you leave east. You have to accept the elusive husband quest to use the boat in the swamp. Look for a wooden pole in the water and interact with it.

Inside the "www" folder is the "data" folder. Just copy the "data" folder from the download into the "www" folder and accept overwriting existing files.
I do not know what I am doing wrong but 2 hours in to the game, I am level 3 and most of my attacks miss enemies.
Also each enemy attach is shaving off 50 health. Is this how the game is?

The game is a bit rough in the beginning, like most RPGs. Especially if you still run around without weapons or armor. Check the candles in the church on ground floor to make life a bit easier for you.
The easiest way is to get armor and weapons by following the walkthrough and get party members. Miles alone can't do much in the beginning.
