Aunt Liz was the very first female who could get pregnant. That happened ages ago.^^'

To get that content you have to follow aunt Liz during night (accept the quest from the board and talk to Walter afterwards, then hide between the crates next to their house on Tuesday night). After that lie to Walter that she wants a baby. He will let you do that. Picking the other answer locks you out of the preggo content for her.

Hey the saves linked in the OP are bugged you can't use books or potions, if you try the game will crash.
