It's in one of the new ruins you can explore with Agnes to find the lower part of the armor. Check the walls.

Seems like the "pretty bunny" quest is bugged for me. I tried to reset and complete it in the tower but nothing happens.

Could it be because I "completed" the quest in the tower before? I was trying stuff out because I never interacted with the tower before 0.22.

Edit: Somehow, "completing" it again let's me pick up the bunnies again.

The reset option in the tower is a hit or miss. You can fuck up your save file or get lucky. Never try it on your main save.
