If you have Kaali with you you need to talk to the blockade commander. There should be a trigger sparkle at the beginning of the map to the north with some logs. Interact with that when it's night to start a fire.

I couldn't talk to the blockade commander and there are no sparks at the start of the map north of the log.

Well, what I did was try all options with her, then talked to Hog, then went to Madam Web at the Capitol brothel and she kicks off a quest from there. Make sure you have the bathhouse quest completed and saw the Baroness a few times there as well.

No I did it on this update; You just have to go back and forth between Madam Web, then go to the bathhouse, after Madam Web says the Baroness is ready after you have sex with Madam Web and the Baroness walks in, go to the Manor in the village and when she is standing by the bed, talk to her and select the Propose option.

for the sly fox quest you have to go to the forest path east and then you will see a broken bridge and then you talk to the lumberjack to fix the bridge and that quest is linked with kaali

I can't start the House Marigold quest for some reason. I've been following the guide that was provided on here (which is up to date), so I'm not sure why the quest won't start. Could someone please tell me if there is some other requirement, because I've been at this for awhile now. I revived the woman from the Lady and the Knight quest, since the guide said that was needed. I'm at Chapter 2, but when I go check the message board I have no quests available.
