why do you even care if it legal or not ??

incest, lolis, rape all of them illegal and yet people still like it and play it

people like what is illegal
Fictional incest is not illegal. Lolis are in some places and not in others. Rape, fictionally is not illegal.

What would likely be illegal, though not criminal, is depicting the Olsen twins, without their consent, raping Elizabeth Olsen without her consent.

What would be illegal, and criminal, is depicting the Olsen twins as children having sex in any way.

Do you understand, now, where the line is, and why legality does in fact matter?

Local laws might vary, but I think one essential question would be - is the 3D model created with a photograph of the person?

If no:
Most likely there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. Creating a 3D character from scratch is the same as drawing a caricature or chiseling a sculpture, the result is your own and nobody elses. Especially if the reproduction is not very accurate.

If yes:
Depends on local laws. But even in the EU which is very strict about privacy, people of public interest do not enjoy the same priviledge like regular people, which is being able to sue everyone taking a picture of them (or using pictures in unagreed ways). Just imagine every photomontage of Angela Merkel in an SS Uniform would be prosecuted.
Either way, if you have reason to believe that the 3D model is created from a photograph, then you probably shouldn't use it. Even though the products in the DAZ stores are not being taken down despite being virtual plagiarism (like Emma Watson being called Emmeline and such).

Another very big misconception seems to be the nature of "Adult Games" compared to commercial video games. You compare this with video games that are being advertised in a billion dollar business, while something on Patreon might have merely a few hundred "donators". To begin with, there would have to be a hearing to decide wether a Patreon game is actually a commercial product, or just artwork receiving voluntary donations.
Any celeb with a decent PR Manager will know better than publicly acknowledging the mere existence of these games, because this would bring too much unwanted attention to something they shouldn't even be aware of.

What Patreon would do if the celeb would send a friendly email with a takedown request, that is another question. I don't know their stance on that matter, but I have no doubts that they could change this at a moment's notice.
Though as long as you would only host the game on F95zone, the chance for it to be removed from the site is practically zero (as long as forum rules are respected).

I was apart of the celebrity fake community for more than a decade. Back in those days there was some awareness of what was going on in the celebsphere but for the reasons previously mentioned by Kaboomer69 celebrities never really talked about it. I think it was Sandra Bullock who made comment to a magazine once, that she was aware of her fakes and was fine with it as just as long as they faked her with really big tits which was I thought a great way to handle it. Fakes went on for ages with next to no hassle. Deepfakes raised alot of eyebrows legally and censorship wise because they can be so intensely photorealistic and in video format.

Everyone knew a photo could be photoshopped but the knowledge about videos being photorealistically faked was more limited. Sex scenes with celebrity lookalike daz models has the almost exact problem that deepfakes has, one small step from being the same thing. Unless you're making massive profits though the only area of operation this will be an issue for is the platforms. Porn tubes took a less than effective stand against deepfakes because of the trend and concerns about getting sued and I think Patreon would do the same with adult games containing daz celeb copies. That is if Daz celeb adult fake games becomes a trend. At this point in time I wouldn't stress too much about legal concerns and have fun making what you want.

A caricature that is libelous can and has been used as justification for a lawsuit. A sculpture that isn't offensive, butt looks bad, like your example, is kinda insulting, but not the same as using someone's image for pornographic purposes.

Privacy isn't a privilege, it's a right. It's treated as a privilege because there are entities with power who profit from it being treated as a privilege.

Just imagine every photomontage of Angela Merkel in an SS Uniform would be prosecuted.
I mean... if they're made in Germany isn't that actually illegal?

You don't outright say this, but I want to make clear, never assume that because your audience is smaller and your income questionable that you can't be targeted for breaking the law.

Any celeb with a decent PR Manager will know better than publicly acknowledging the mere existence of these games, because this would bring too much unwanted attention to something they shouldn't even be aware of.
Gag orders are a thing. And most judges would understand the sensitivity of such a case, and thus be willing to give such an order. Also remember that the legal systems of the world often cater to those with money, something celebrities have and we do not.

What Patreon would do if the celeb would send a friendly email with a takedown request, that is another question. I don't know their stance on that matter, but I have no doubts that they could change this at a moment's notice.
They'd just shut it down. It's a corporation not a democratic institution.

The game's themselves aren't hosted here. Links to them are hosted, but again, you severely underestimate the power of law. They can threaten fines and shut downs to F95, and in fact, since there's a large amount of piracy going on, such a legal case would draw unwanted attention to us and could, by proxy, get this site shut down.

Celebrities have a right to expect privacy, they have a right to expect that their image not be used in a way that they would disapprove of. If the law hasn't caught up to this truth then we shouldn't exploit that, we should make it a reality anyway. Stop trying to reason your way out of this. If you wouldn't want your image, or your sister's image, or your mother's image, or your brother's image to be used in such a way, why the fuck would you be ok with a celebrity's image? And even if you wouldn't care, you have no right to just use someone else's because the fact is, they might.

No, you asked me who would. I answered her because I know you're aware of the controversy. See. It's amazing how that works.
I did no such thing. I asked "Name one star that you think would object" you wanted to know for sure, so you threw her name out there. Let's give her a few days to respond, and stop jumping to conclusions, ok?.

I named one star who I think would object. I didn't invite you to prove it, though you're free to exhibit this continued ignorance if that makes you feel better.

My reason for picking Ellen Paige is because I know you're aware of her controversy. There's no need for us to wait for confirmation because it's not a hypothetical, she's already expressed that no one should be using her image, especially sexually, without her consent.

Keep playing games all you want. People will see you're just constantly shifting so that you can keep "arguing" to be right.

Yes, I'm aware of the controversy, but that's in the past. No indication of Ellen's current state of mind. I've seen people get all upset when their cloud gets hacked, a gambit of emotions, but then they come out stronger. Living in fear that someone is going to leak your sex-tape is no way to live. I reccommend releasing your own sex tape, It's so liberating, all that fear...gone in an instant. So what was your intent, if not to throw Ellen under the bus like that?

Goal Posts were in one place, now they're in another. What you're doing here is putting the onus on the victim rather than on the perpetrators. This is something we, as a society have been conditioned to accept. It is not correct. It is the rapists fault, even if the woman walked down the street naked. It is the leaker's fault no matter if the victim filled their cloud with their amateur porn or not.

No, the victim shouldn't welcome the exploitation. No we shouldn't discourage a victim from taking a stand against their image being used. No we shouldn't say "Well if you make a big deal out of it you'll just draw more attention to it." By making a big deal about it, by strengthening our public consciousness against something, that is how we develop our societal morality in a way that changes things so that this doesn't keep happening.

As of now I'm done. Scream into the void. I don't care. You're promoting systemic injustice.

Perspective+ha+69_2a4238_5487019.jpg

I didn't move the goal. The thread topic is can you get away with nude celebs. Your moral views have nothing to do with it.
If you think pixels are being harmed by these games, go start a thread on that topic.

P.S. Since the controversy, a more liberated Ellen Page, has done SEX SCENES in TWO recent movies,
