Does anyone know what text-to-image diffuser model was used to make this game, and how they animated it so smoothly? I am interested in making games like this.

The random changing of a character from one scene to the next because of the artist not being able to control it—that is exactly why I let go of it, for now.
I saw that I needed to put in too much time without getting the results I wanted.
If it changes so much that you, as a player, can't relate to a character because it's actually a bunch of different characters, then for me it's a shitty job.
I, myself, changed Paula a few times. But it was out of necessity (HW / SW considerations) or because the artistic value was worth it, in my opinion.
But it always was by my design and under my full control, via manipulating every vertex and every pixel in my software.
From what I saw in the images and clips on the OP, as I have no time to play these days, this looks consistent and therefore implies a good degree of control by the artist.
So if he knows how to succeed with AI where I failed, and thus work half as much as me to produce twice the output, good for him!
As for what AI does, even at these early stages, it is not as much as "thinning out" the work but more along the lines of giving more people the ability to create with their thought.
Very few can translate their vision to the screen through complicated 3D software and complex methods, as I do, but many can imagine stories and then communicate them to the AI.
And if their result will be something I like, I really wouldn't care how they did it.
Maybe get a little jealous, and try harder myself

I think what you should try is to use a program like Topaz video Ai to Ai upscale the vids. the newest version with Starlight Mini should be able to do a great job upscaling those short clips!

Starlight Mini is very slow however, (about 0.1-0.3 FPS) but shouldn't be a problem for short clips.
The other models of upscaling are much faster and you can combine them. They even have a model for CG and animated content.

i really love the game, a lot of animations, despite being in low resolution, has quality, the game need options of opacity text and box, we cant see the entire art with that shit box

Hey - It takes a bit of setup but lookup how to install ComfyUI (or A1111) and how to build your own workflows. You use models (AI training) that others have made but you can use your own PC to generate the images/videos instead of paying others to do it for you.

This has been a common complaint - the next update will have a button to hide the text box (TAB).

Everyone writes their own opinions, and obviously any game is subject to negative criticism, especially since no developer can please every type of viewer, and it's even more difficult in this environment.
But considering what's circulating on this site (environment), this developer demonstrates good AI management skills (I've immediately trashed other AI games I've tried, not because I feel competent, but because they didn't fit my tastes).
I mean, it's the first release, and from my point of view, it deserves to be encouraged.
Then, as the game progresses, we'll see if it meets expectations or not. In any case, any negative criticism should be constructive and encourage the developer to do better. Otherwise, there's no point in posting something that doesn't make sense to those who appreciate the project (and that doesn't mean what you're writing doesn't make sense), or out of pure self-promotion, or in some other harmful way (and this isn't specifically directed at you).
Where can I make AI cg like this, using the same consistency. Might be the future of VN graphics
