Unity CelSector [Demo] [YumamiSoft]

We're just two people, and we're already doing art, programming, audio, and design , so I guess we have been stretched too thin to do much communication, marketing, and so on. At least until now that we've released the demo. We've focused on just making the game, show with results rather than words I suppose. Hopefully it'll all have been worth it!

Oh, I want to add that this genre is my favorite as I love the side-scroller shooters/survival adventures. You kicked BUTT with this one—clean, well-animated, and engaging in a great way. I'm curious how the full game is and am excited to see what you do!

Solid demo. Gotta say the double jump is a nice addition to this type of game.
I did find a bug/glitch. I lost while reloading the shotgun so there's a loud audio bug while reloading. The animation got partially cancelled and you get a +1 in the chamber. After a day or two it fixed itself.

Yeah the reload noise bug is probably the most mentioned one so far, it will be consistently fixed in the full release later.

It seems like it happens only when you run out of ammo while sprinting at the same time. It didn't happen if I control my shooting and walking.

I think the saved outfits slots could use an explicit save / load feature unless I'm missing something. Currently it seems like you click on a saved outfit, for example 2 and it loads 2. Any changes you make are automatically saved to slot 2.

The issue with this approach is that I can't load slot 1, then save it to slot 2 to make just some minor adjustments. I have to manually set everything. At least for me, most of the time I want to copy over hair, eyes, etc from a slot I've already set up.

Edit: Maybe just a copy to button?

Edit: Otherwise, looks really good. I can't comment on the scenes so far since I'm not personally into the whole zombies with chunks missing but regardless, the game-play was enjoyable enough and the customization aspect is really neat.

Get her preg, go to save point. there's a second or two between births/fucks where you can refresh her health and keep going. just a couple times and breasts will be max

I just watched the trailer now, and it seems you were right. I mostly just saw ridiculously oversized insects among the new enemies, not to mention that I have no idea what the hell that last mutant is supposed to be.. But the existence of futas really surprised me in a negative way..
Maybe I got excited too soon when like many others, I thought we were getting a specifically zombie bestiality game.

This is a criticism you can raise towards f95, bestiality is a catchall for all animal interactions but insect is a separate tag in like 99.9% of porn sites and easily filterable

Although both games had an artist (the same artist), no AI art in this game no matter how small or big. Not even partially. No background elements, no sprites, no UI, no characters, not used for reference, nothing.

Is it possible to buy your previous game "Last Town" by other sites than Itch io? I would like to purchase it, but it seems that I can only pay through PayPal on Itch io, which I am unable to. If I could pay through just regular credit card on itch io then that would also be fine, but I cannot use PayPal.

Honestly though, I'd recommend you just pirate the game and pay if you end up liking it. We have put way more effort and time into CelSector, I don't want anyone to feel tricked into buying another product that is less than they expect. And as a warning and disclaimer, unlike CelSector, that game *was* made with the assistance of generative AI due to time constraints.

I was also a bit incorrect in my last post, as it seems that the zombies rather belong to the monsters, while the bestiality tag is more about the animal "interact" which is definitely outside of my interest. I can easly tolerate a few maggot and some minimal tentacles, but the full game's insect world was already too much for my taste. And as for the "monster girls", I'm still not sure they're not futas.

Any plans to add upgradable stats to the game? Or new weapons + outfits are all the unlockables that'll be found in the full release?

I understand tags are for playable content only, so the tag is currently for the worm. Yes there's 1 dog in the previews, but there's our current worm, spider, fly, some other kinda fly, etc so the insect content seems to far outnumber the non-insect beast content

why not up the orgasm amount to a solid 10 with the chance at increase if certain things are met, like do XYZ to get a reset kind of thing? lke how it is with the gem thing currently

This looks really promising. The 'gameover' mechanic of being unable to resist but the game still continuing if you want it to is waaay better than just booting the player to their last savepoint.
