The simple reason is that focusing on one character at a time makes it a lot easier to write a complete story and manage the files for outfit changes and such.
I think that it will make a better game in the long run.
The MC's dick is too small. The premise is fine, but at least make it believable somewhat. The dick looks like a miniaturized version of an organ and just comes off as out of place.
Dev make the balls bigger and make the dick just really short. Going overboard like this only ruins the game.
