I like that!We could just outsource the fighting to mercenaries if that makes you feel better, let the Main Hero do most of the real fighting, maybe get some Gundams for the Godzilla creatures, magic it up for long range combat, and a few other tricks to spice up the story elements if you let the scenario dance around in your head a bit.
But if you don't care then why are you caring if it's optional? It's a Rogue Galaxy full of all kinds of cute girls
With this you could argue that abstaining from sex is the key to victory... Don't think that will sell well in a porn game however some do say "no sex before sports" will increase the chances of winning. It's pretty much the same as saying please don't cater to this fetish because I don't like it.
