I don't know it's even really NTR, I currently have not a relationship for the MC planned, that really could cheat on him. So is it really NTR, if MC has sex with a person, and then somegoblin else has sex with that person?

It's probably not NTR. That said, I still dislike it.

Actually, after this comment, seeing that it's a kinetic novel, and the first image, it's clear I'm not interested in the game.

Personally, I don't like sex scenes that include guys other than the MC (including monsters and the like), and even less so if a LI (present or future) is involved.
