none of the doors there work use the key card on the computer when it says you are not dr wong ....tell it you have to secure a specimen it will say highly unusual but it opens an area for you got into that are and use the scanner to scan the vial it gives you muscles you can then go to the storage room and pull the wire hanging from the ceiling in there

when you go in the duct room there is the ass sticking out of the wall and a duck you can crawl through that gets you to another room there is a machine in that area that makes a potion to make the girls but bigger its sort of a confusing little game no doubt so many steps it gets jumbled
