First, thanks for sharing, but it seems the third part time job stays stuck after the first step, or maybe I have to progress more in the game ? (i'm just before the last dungeon, I have done 3 steps with the tutoring job, and 3 steps with the weapon shop, and also have up to the swimsuit and bloomers, and got the H-events with all the clothes, and lewdness is 75)

Edit : I went to the end of the game and a second event has been unlocked, so I think everything is fine since 90 in lewdness was required.
