Artists are certainly entitled to doing work with a character they prefer but turning down commissions.... it's a bit of a bad look imo cause word of mouth matters especially since the competition in smut animation has increased a lot , everybit of good PR helps with increasing your paid fanbase , maybe Judy rejected them in game when playing as male V , one of my friends was legit hurt by that lol , completely ignored her quest after reloading an old save out of spite
