Activate depraved mode by entering the cheat (just "depraved" I think) before a new game.
Run left from the starting room to the room with the paper cutout enemies, keep running left to the next room.
Interact with the statue.
Go to the room on the right again and look for a missing cone leading into one of the rooms.

I don't wanna give too much away, but there are some special defeat scenes when fighting endo's
Honestly I hope the bosses in this game end up being like Spring trap, Afton, Freddy, etc with special scenes in the fight and defeat.
