Its just really sad to see that updates for this seemed to stop the moment I caught wind of it and got into it. I was hooked on the concept! Still earnestly praying our legs aren't being pulled and Datzuum just has some personal problems that interfere with game developing, but I can only be optimistic so long

Some people are pretty mad at the Dev cos he's been on a bit of a hiatus and hasn't updated- which is a bit fair
but some of them are just taking things in bad faith, considering the Dev has actually stated he's been busy with irl stuff.
predominantly college IIRC.

2 halloweens have passed since the halloween mini update was announced, maybe we'll get it next Christmas if we cross our fingers, are very lucky, and are all very good boys and girls this year.

I've seen the progress reports and theres definitely some work. I dont think they would waste that much time making animations and renders just to not release it but it's definitely getting annoying when they announce deadlines and then don't follow up on them, he's either actually just leading people on or he has terrible time management.
could you share some of those progress reports? I'm very curious about what the game will look like when it finally comes out, the hope never dies

It'd be fine if A. VannyDev hadn't shown proper communication in the past and has been vocal about real life stuff that has stopped progress or B. had been less than a year to receive any update, even small ones like the singular endo scene that was only given through leaks. I like the game and I want it to do well but not even saying "hey, don't expect anything as I'll be on hiatus for a very long time" is just an odd choice that has shot him in the foot. Just say you don't want to work on it currently, otherwise you will have people, as shown, who get all hyped up or disappointed over a porn game.

here's the biggest thorn in my side about it all, there are actually rare, but occasional updates on how its coming along, but the problem is it's all paywalled, I mean how the hell can you expect people to still want to give you a dime after this long (well over a year, might as well say 2 at this point) with nothing? the least he could do, since supposedly we're "so close" to the next update, is to make his progress reports, at least for now, public, but instead he leaves everyone in the dark as more and more of his supporters drop their support, for obvious reasons, leaving a bitter taste in literally everybody's mouths, supporter or no, that's not even taking into consideration that he could just be making one render or one short animation loop once in a while to string along whatever few supporters are left, which is a valid possibility, and one I certainly hope is not the case. all of that is to say, literally all the annoyance from everyone could be easily solved with a little more transparency and communication, which has been what I've been trying to say from the beginning.
