There aren't any cheats in-game 'per se', but you can fiddle about with the files via NotePad++ to tweak the game akin to cheats, you'll have to sift through the pages to get the 'how to' guide and deets.

Not sure if anyone managed to do this yet (I bet, but didnt find it). I somehow managed to get my panties stolen and im now pretty much naked. All I did was give me 160 Hypno value in savegame, thats it. Guess im lucky (or unlucky?)

It is possible even without editing hypnosis value, if she was stripped that the only things left is underwear there can happen an event where telekinesist would steal from her
You don't even need to be stripped at all for the underwear stealing event to occur. It's just a random event that can happen at train stations at any time if you're wearing the office lady or gal clothing. Some dude will randomly take either your bra or panties, and both can be taken if you get the event twice in a single run.
You can also just savescum to force the event: Save and quit just before a station, load back in and view the event, quit without saving if you didn't get it, load back in and repeat until you do.

Do note however, if you change these Values to 2 or 3 your screen will look White with a face in the Lobby and some scenes in transitions ingame. However most of the gameplay looks normal so just test it. See attached Screenshot

At this point I'm just hoping for a decent update and soon, enjoyed what's on offer thus far but am fiending for more~!
Maybe an extra mode, like Nightmare scenario mode or something, where penetration is included in the gameplay and the game over is something beyond that
