They do. There's a train station event where the molesters will take off either her bra or panties. Doesn't occur with the 4th outfit because that one doesn't have either to begin with.

wait, fourth outfit? i thought that one was locked right now? at the very least, i couldnt seem to access it, even after setting the hypnosis depth in the config file
You can also modify which outfit she currently has on. Look a few pages back and a lot of people talked about how to do it.
Summary: Not all images are there for the outfits (in the main menu she appears as a big white box, but in the levels it works).
Iirc the underwear for the uniform is a swimsuit (which I found weird, but whatever). So it does not really make sense for her to get the "bottom part"(?) stolen. Also, it never happened to me when playing in uniform.

However it isn't the same kind of gameplay like this game, just a turn base game that roll the dice to move across map, still it is a chikan-themed game
and iirc there is other with somewhat 2.5D style that is similar to this game, but i never play so i don't know how it is
Other than that no other games like this, most molester, chikan themed game are you play the molesters, not the victim

Yep, it was interesting to play the game, but of course I did everything possible in 4 hours and now it's sad that the game is made only for half of the plot
You mean like molestation on trains in general? You could try Round and Round Molester Train or JK molester train seeding uncle.
