2. Monica and the “cheating”
To be clear: there is no NTR in the traditional sense, meaning none of your love interests are taken from you or choose to betray you for someone else. Any moments that seem like NTR (such as what happens in the initial release) are purely for narrative tension. As the player, you can trust that your LIs remain loyal, (unless otherwise directed by you). It’s the MC who doesn’t have all the facts, and part of the story’s emotional drive for the MC comes from his limited understanding of the situation at the time.
That what I highlighted in yellow does sound a bit sus because that pretty much reads like the Li will remain loyal to the Mc unless you the Mc allow them to sleep around, so I'm assuming that means you are going to add in swinging/sharing content where the girls are with the Mc, but he can allow them to sleep around with other guys etc. to avoid the game getting the ntr tag and a lot of anti ntr people don't like sharing/swinging content so that would be a bad idea to do.

Hi everyone.

just wanted to thank you all for all the feedback both critical and positive, it really does help.

I also wanted to take a moment to clear up a few concerns that have come up regarding some of the story elements:

1. The scene with Clair
The forced sex with Clair is a one-time event. It was a necessary moment to establish the early foundations for both the central plotline and a critical subplot that will become much more relevant later on as the story unfolds. It’s not something that will be repeated. future sex scenes will provide a rejection option.

2. Monica and the “cheating”
To be clear: there is no NTR in the traditional sense, meaning none of your love interests are taken from you or choose to betray you for someone else. Any moments that seem like NTR (such as what happens in the initial release) are purely for narrative tension. It’s the MC who doesn’t have all the facts, and part of the story’s emotional drive for the MC comes from his limited understanding of the situation at the time.

For example, imagine one of your LIs is drunk at a club, and another character tries to make a move on her and she being drunk jokingly flirts back. You, as the player, know she would never actually betray you, but the MC doesn’t have that same certainty. From his perspective, it feels like a genuine threat, and he’s forced to step up, either to defend her or compete for her attention.

Scenarios like this are designed to trigger key moments of emotional tension or rivalry between characters. They're not about betrayal, they will be used to spark conflict and kick off new storylines or expand existing ones.

While this theme won’t play a major role in the overall story, it may pop up occasionally. So in the interest of transparency I think it’s important to give a heads-up to anyone who might be sensitive to that kind of content.

3. What really happened
The full context surrounding Monica, MCs family heritage and the circumstances with Clair will be revealed in the next update. which is scheduled to be completed in the next 3 months.

Hope that clears things up. Looking forward to sharing more soon!
Bullshit! You're writing about cheating and using forced sex, but you think it's okay because it will only happen the one time, and oh, it's not really cheating; it just seemed that way because that's what I made it look like, but she won't really cheat..., well, unless you tell her too, etc., etc., bullshit ad nauseam. But MC does cheat! Because you convinced him his girlfriend cheated on him. Well, that's excusable because the reason he's so easy to convince is because he's a weak minded twit. Just put up the tags and be honest. There are people out there who like what you like. I'm not one of them, though. If you had tagged it correctly, I wouldn't have bothered. So, why did you waste my time?

See, what you don't understand about people like me is: "For example, imagine one of your LIs is drunk at a club, and another character tries to make a move on her and she being drunk jokingly flirts back." If this happens she is no longer a LI, because I can never trust that the next time she gets drunk and "jokingly" flirts back, she doesn't also get fucked in the ass!

Don't bother to reply. I made my point. Now, I'm done. I don't appreciate being deceived. I won't be back.

You make it sound as if anybody had to give a shit about 'understanding people like you'.

Well, here I partly agree, because if my girlfriend, even if she is drunk (I never considered this as an excuse for any actions), responds to someone's advances (even if it is in a cheerful manner, then let her amuse someone else now), then she stops being my girlfriend, why should I fight for her if she behaves like that, how can I trust her? There are many girls in the world, but you are the only one.
But still, I think it's too early to draw any conclusions and it's worth waiting for the next update to see what it will lead to. But these are strange decisions on the part of Dev in a game focused on a harem and without NTR.

The first chapter is always important to get players hooked to the story.
Consider me hooked :).
I'll also say, like most, that the forced cheating scene with Clair is deeply annoying.
BTW, do you use AI?

A Prologue with a decent ammount of content that is actually worth playing.
I'm very curious how the story develops.

Edit: i don't realy care about 'cheating', etc. If i don't like a VN, i just don't play. ;)

Sounds good, guessing based on the "Unless otherwise directed by you" sharing/swinging is optional? 100% down for that, if not also down. Really enjoyed the game, if you have time, would love to ask some tech questions (mainly about lightning). Discord might be easier

I agree if my GF did that i would call her a whore and be done with it being drunk is not an excuse. After reading devs post i have lost hope fells like he wants to blur the lines. Seems like a weird choice by dev if this is supposed to be a harem builder. Will give next update a chance but i am not optimistic about it's future.

The script needs major work. Why have a relationship set-up at the start, only to remove all relationships as the game plays out? Numerous times it was mentioned "room-mate, like a sister". Even right at the start you mention they aren't related, right before we are asked to setup relations. You are canceling out all the relationships that were set up. Your script needs to point to the variables that were set-up in the beginning, not applying your own relations wording along with what the player sets up

Yeah... nice try.

Here's the real thing people not into NTR (Netorare) can trust with this game:

And the mods here just keep helping devs do this by being so lax with extreme niche tags -_- the amount of games that I've had rejected from NTR tag despite being textbook NTR is too many.

Current excuse is "Rape NTR isn't NTR" according to them... despite not stipulation in f95 rules of such.

if Claire's goal was to bite him and be bitten i dont see why you need to force a sex scene.

for me it just makes me hope we can ignore her later. but kind of hard to trust dev now. now if another fetish or sex scene is forced it'll always be "for plot":cautious:

apparently Monica might be on the ignore list as well.
