The story so far seems good, though not many choices yet. The only thing I dislike a bit is the japanese porn sounds, makes it feel to much cartoonish. But can lucky turn that off. I will keep eye for further updates and suggest to add the tag Ahegao as the girl from the club you sleep with sure does show it.

I don't complain so much when gender is mixed because many countries like Japan do not use pronouns in sentences. It is damn America when it was established separating themselves so much from the rest of the world they fucked up the language and standards.

1. Standard instead of Metric
2. Driving on the right instead of the left
3. Complicate languages with Adjectives and Adverbs
4. Creating a lot of Homphone like through and threw

It is like they wanted to separate themselves so much they created an entire opposite for everything just complicating everything.

At first I thought it was funny that someone would think that "vanilla, Harem, and NTR" meant that Harem and NTR were combined into one route. Then I noticed at least 4 other people that don't know what a fucking comma means.. It's harem, and NTR. Not Harem and NTR
There are THREE (3) routes. 1. Vanilla, 2. Harem and 3. NTR.

The majority of languages are heavily gendered. Fucking German applies gender to inanimate objects. English is one of the least gendered languages and by far the least gendered when it comes to languages of Germanic decent.

Also to those other points

1. The British created it and then abandoned it to conform with the rest of Europe and left Americans to be stuck with it alone.
2. Who cares.
3. That's every language that exists. Also again, Brits did that
4. Again all languages have homophones. Just because they have a different word for it doesn't change that.

I'm not into gay stuff either but in regard to futa, it depends on the story as I've only found two that actually peaked my interest. One of the VN's I downloaded was a story about a guy who was forced to work and cater to people's needs or he wouldn't be allowed to complete his studies if I remember right. That one had 3 routes, gay, gender-bender where the guy was transformed into a female due to changing his genes and the normal male mc route. The other involved a science experiment that went wrong that knocked out the fmc and her best friend in the lab, when the fmc came to, she railed the hell out of her best friend and freaks out after dealing with her emotions with the changes to her body.
Normal futa stuff I'm not interested in but stories like those 2 do make me wonder about humanity's future and progression through science especially for those who do not consider themselves to be male or female even though they were born that way. If science progressed to the point as shown in those 2 VN's it would be very helpful for those people. As for mixing harem and ntr, there have been a lot of harem vn's where you cuck another person and some even when they want you to cuck them while they are in the room to get them off or to make their wives pregnant. Personally, I still consider that ntr even if it doesn't happen to the mc directly.
