It seems there's still no way to learn the buttjob h-skill except cheat. the new goblin enemy is able to initiate anal sex, I used this to get anal lv to 60, which seems to be the highest level, but still can't learn it.

I learned buttjob from Bandit Leader. Villagers can also use it on you in town, but you need to have 200 Anal arousal for it to proc.

Anyone feels like sex deal too much damage to enemies? Can't really enjoy the battle H scene cuz they finish too quickly. Except Orc, Strong man and Bandit leader, their H gauge seem fine in combat but all enemies has premature eja in the losing scenes however that doesn't matter since the FC can just keep going unlike when in combat
