Played v0.7 . Regarding sex scenes its just one . The update is mainly done to introduce Farah and Mika's dad. And also hints at a relationship budding between two known npcs . So yeah u can skip it and wait for v0.8
you can play it for the new content if you want the sex scenes! that's a valid point with the saves, but we still wanted to release something for our free players regardless, instead of making them wait longer for the new overhaul to be public
we want characters to have their own agency, instead of only existing for the MC only. players have options to influence and change them, but characters will always have their own personalities and relationships. juliette is the chill, slutty, party girl, so her hooking up with a stranger in her introduction chapter is core part of presenting her personality

the plan right now is for juliette's route is for her to influence cindy to become sluttier, instead of the other way around.

the choices we're adding are in regards to the story, how cindy evolves as a person and who she decides to interact and romance. we've overhauled the game and added whole paths and dialogue trees for all the different characters and interactions so players arent locked into a singular romance option with any of the 8 main love interests so far. there are 3 chapters in the new build that play radically different based on what choices you make.I was actually excited that you were adding more choices, but it seems not really anything is being changed and its just a lie.

I originally didn't plan to play the game, cause Ava and Daniel was forced, then that changed, and I seen you were adding choices, which got me excited, which I guess I shouldn't have, cause it feels like nothing has changed to me. Plus you said you can "change or influence characters" in previous comment, so that is a lie, if you can't change anyone.
Jules is the only one I want most, but there will no exclusive path with her, their will be forced men interactions as well, I don't want any interactions with men. I am just beyond letdown, I should have never got hyped for change in story, cause in reality, we are in same place as before is what it feels like.

If there are any choices it isn't really a kinetic novel. And one of the next updates in the works is adding a ton of choices to the earlier scenes as well as relationship "routes" for lack of a better term.
