Good Point. From how I read it her role might be toned down a little but we really have to wait and see.

For me personally it would be awesome if Daniel could be swapped with a Daniela. A female Boss but with the same dynamic between them. Since he looks like a girl anyway that might not have been too much additional Work. It also would have given more variety in the Initial phase of the story without the need to introduce more characters.

But in general I am impressed with the changes they are willing to make and the Work they are putting in.

A woman as the top dom would be great. Good lezdom games are very rare.

It would also be very appealing to have Ada as the top dom, Daniel as her sub, and Cindy at the bottom. I don't think there's a game out there that offers such a threesome femdom-lezdom combination yet? :unsure:

Yeah need to check the entire update to see the rewrites because it was actually interesting to see ada be a complete sadistic dom keen on training cindy but only in Daniel's presence she is a sub like cindy . But if she is a sub all the time ,then it becomes boring.
Also interesting the prologue is being removed for now . So will there be a choice in the future where u have to choose both ava and daniel path to get the prologue scene ??

Not generally a fan of rewrites from the beginning onward. I liked innocent Cindy! People were liking the story as it was. Too many choices just dilutes the forward flow. Developer puts work into scenes that many will never see, making the experience of each update shorter for every player because only a limited number of scenes will be triggered for each path.

Also, the prologue is the best part! It grabs the new player's attention and shows where we're building.

Now we're building toward multiple and inconsistent climaxes.

There's gain and loss here. It's not obviously better for many players, especially those who were pulled in by the prologue. They thought that was the story that would be told. Now it is only one of many stories that will be included.

With only six updates per year, each path will progress slowly.

Every additional branch is like adding an entirely new game. Instead of developing one game with a straight line to its conclusion (with variations); now we're looking at multiple games within one game, with multiple inconsistent story lines, requiring far more renders for less of an experience for each path.

Also, with multiple paths, it becomes a coding nightmare. Bugs will occur far more often. What was a simple to code, straightforward game with great renders that aimed at one story, will now require lots of time devoted to coding . . . to coding that will lock out scenes from the various paths. That is, work will be needed to limit the number of renders seen by the players.

Do they have a team for this? Because this has become a much more involved, far more time intensive project.

It used to be an update once a month. Now it's once every two months, and the update is late.

So, we're already seeing the effects of this decision.

Is it a good decision for a first game? Are the developers good at coding and able to correct bugs?

I don't know. Maybe all will be great.

But the late update is a sign that there are already issues with this new direction.

maybe we didn't make this clear enough, sorry! ada will still be a dom towards cindy. there were just moments where we felt like ada was taking control away from daniel when it's supposed to be his role as the one in charge. we're making it clear that it's daniel > ada > cindy

Looks like some interesting changes, allowing a lot more flexibility, posisbly lesbian only.

I think my main question is, will we be able to have only Ada, where she will be the full on dom, and us their slave. Or will she unfortunately still be linked to Daniel only.

we have a fully programmed dialogue system ui, and we want it to have choices that actually affect the game's story (one of our biggest criticisms). we're happy people love the core storyline, and that's not going anywhere, its just there will be more for the players to pick and choose what they want to see!

this is our first game ever, so there will always be growing pains, but we'll try to navigate it as best we can :)

Dang... that sucks, the one thing I wanted most was to be a slave to Ada, and be in a relationship with just her. Full on lesbian. I guess at least their are other characters, but a bit let down. :(

it's more in the way daniel asserts his dominance over ada / cindy. instead of him asking "can you please bend over ada? :)" it'll be more like him commanding "bend over, ada >:|"

just to make him less laid-back for someone whos a dom.

we havent tested save compatibility yet, but i think it'll most likely be a reset on saves. theres quite a bit of changes to the story, so we think its worth experiencing from the start, especially with the new diverging paths and characters!

Sorry, can you tell me if Farah will be the only woman LI, and if it is possible to play entirely as a lesbian with her?

Excluding her on your Patreon, in the chracter previews I only see men.
Aren't cindy's friends like juliette etc also her potential female LIs ??

Sorry, as the game couldn't be played as a lesbian before, I haven't played it, I've been following it since the announcement of the new routes, so, apart from the characters in the previews, I don't know anyone.

Oh that makes sense. In the game cindy already has 3 female friends who are her potential LIs and ada. Regarding the males there was only daniel and a bartender guy . Now 2 male characters were added I believe along side one female

Thank you, I think it would be a good idea for the developer to promote them on their Patreon too, like in a preview of the planned LI or something like that.

As I said, without knowing much about the game, you go to the public Patreon post and it looks like a 90% straight and 10% lesbian game, which doesn't help much to promote it to people looking for lesbian content.

But from what you're telling me, it ends up being more balanced.

Another design has no core story. The multiple paths are inconsistent with one another.

This design isn't too hard to do. It remains a straightforward story. The characters in the secondary stories are separate to the core direction and don't affect it. (That is, Daniel and Ada don't know about Cindy's other relationships. These stories happen on Cindy's free time, and she's secretive about them.)

The developer's response affirms that Daniel/Ada/Cindy remains the core story, suggesting that this is the design that is being planned.

But there will now be an option to reject the core story entirely, and just play one or more of the secondary stories.


2. True multiple paths

The second design is like making many separate stories in one game, with characters that interrelate in different ways depending on the path. This causes many, many problems with coding and inconsistent dialogues. And the more paths, the more inconsistencies in dialogue occur. This can lead to exponential complexity.

The elimination of the prologue suggests that the second design is what is being attempted. Also, the question "body modification or no," suggests that there will be two full sets of renders for both directions -- yikes!

Dude let's just wait for the update . I trust the devs to cook . They listen to feedback and are trying their best. I believe in them .

the bartender is jamie. harlan is mika's dad
