An update was released on August 23, I think the public release will be in two weeks, on September 6. But from what I understand, not much has been added there.

We are working on next update. The last update was a minor release only for Patreons, no new story was added.

We have not set a date yet.
We are developing the next few days of the main story so that players can try out the new features and advance Claire's story. A public release will be made once we finish what we have planned.
