i said hi to the farmer and game stoped progressing, so i quit, started a new game and now there is no text box, well, problem solved

Linux Mint - Doesn't work properly.
Tried 3 versions:
- Linux version missing some buttons or getting frozen.(Last time got frozen after pressing on"power through it" while working at the farm. "Frozen" as in no buttons or text appear after pressing it.)
- Win version through wine doesn't display the text. Buttons and story/dialogue.
- HTML version is just a black screen in firefox and brave.

"AI SLOP GAME" Yes, and?

The AI these days is capable to generate images that are good enough to rub one out.
Put some interactivity and story between them and u got a game that is better than 70% on Non-AI slop games on this website.

Hundreds of games that are complete slop and/or have bad art/images. Some don't have any art at all.

It is beyond my understanding why they aren't using AI to get atleast some images that are good enough.
If you are able to make a game,you should be able to use AI to put in some images atleast as placeholders for future human art (if you aren't using real porn images/videos).

100% the whole idea of this project is to see what I can get AI to do, and what overall quality it can render. I will say, it's amazing to be AHEAD on artwork not something I've been lucky enough to encounter in our other projects

Thank you mate I'll go over Jeb's dialogues and see what might have caused this. Was it on a normal day or after sneaking out of the barn?

After working and sleeping over night, I picked 'just to chat' (or whatever that option is) the following morning and no text boxes came up, screen just had the picture in the background with nothing else.

I'll probably play through it a little more at some point and see if it's repeatable.

I thought at first it was some sort of "The Goblin's Pet" inspired game with IA to complement the writing which could've been hot.
Then i was quickly reminded that people using IA in their game don't do it to improve it in the area it lacks but instead are lacking themselves, void of any drive skill or talent.

I thought at first it was some sort of "The Goblin's Pet" inspired game with IA to complement the writing which could've been hot.
Then i was quickly reminded that people using IA in their game don't do it to improve it in the area it lacks but instead are lacking themselves, void of any drive skill or talent.

Also, you do have opportunities to take the goblins as companions, not pets as such, which might have similar dynamic in the future

I played through what was available and it was decent. I don't recall seeing everyone of those goblin scenes though, so I'm not sure what triggers them while you are scavenging for food or when you just fall asleep on the ground. I saw that the first review for the game was a one star but also read in the changelog about the art style being changed which was an improvement.

If you get captured by the goblins, then escape the cave, Grell and Grub can follow you. You then get goblin followers plans are that you take over the farm and kill the bandits lol. Not sure how that will work into the main story... But thought it was fun

At the moment the only way out is to escape (tell them you're tired, then run away) will be adding a Goblin Rebellion where Alyssia becomes the boss and ends up with Goblin followers
You can get the followers also by running away with some relations with goblins

Same here. Only black screen on html version. Tested on firefox, edge and chrome. Windows 11.
