if you want a full save you can just use cheats to max your money and then buy the full gallery. wasn't that clear to me idk
Anyone else find a bug with the clinic? Whenever I go inside the pregnancy event triggers even though Claire was not pregnant in the first place.

There are several unfinished maps/areas in the game files already which suggest a major and i mean MAJOR update with huge overall story progression pretty soon.

Copied these answers from the Developers Discord Server. The pregnancy stuff should make things a little clearer I hope, this is the developers explanation not mine:
The Steam-exclusive version, or "Gold" Edition, has no Urchins or similar visual content, but in it's place has the Showgirls Questline sponsored by our publisher to make up for it.
- There will be different pregnancy types in the future, but for starters only one, "Generic", will be available
- Generic pregnancies have a 20% chance of occuring with any human sexual encounter + vaginal sex
- Generic pregnancies will be limited to 2, one in Valos (generic daughter), and one in Rathpike (generic son). To start off, we will only have the Valos one available. So once it's all complete, let's say Claire is in a generic pregnancy, and has had the Valos child already, the pregnancy state will not transition into an event anymore in Valos and will only trigger in Rathpike.
- After a pregnancy, Claire cannot get pregnant again for the next 5000 steps.
- After being born, it will take 10,000 steps for the baby to grow into a child, with the exception of fostercare (child remains 'in statis' and won't change or grow).
Further clarifications:
All human encounters have a 20% random chance of impregnating Claire if it's a vaginal sex encounter.
If pregnant, the Status menu will prompt you, showing you Claire is impregnated and in a 1st trimester.
After this, you must take 5000 in-game steps before it proceeds to the beginning of the 2nd trimester.
At this point, when you enter a 'trigger area' (in Valos this is the Outer City) it will cause the contraction pains event.
This puts Claire inside a clinic for the rest of the pregnancy term and you decide what to do with the baby before ultimately going into labour
There is then a 5000-steps refresh before she can get pregnant again

Here's what ought to happen: the penis is drawn as if it's massively humongous, like the concept art, in all the pre-penetration scenes. Then, through some artistic trickery, the penis still somehow fits inside Claire when we transition to the penetration moments, and the audience is none-the-wiser. This is what happened with the bull's dick, which is drawn as being the size of Claire's entire upper body in the non-penetration scene and then still somehow fits inside her pussy later on. It's a classic move called "not giving a shit about anatomy because this is a porn video game".
