Simple answer: No
There is no relationship system nor any benefits for keeping Claire's virginity.

I cannot interact with the bed in Fairfelt manor to advance the quest and i am stuck. i see the little stars but no matter where i press in the cell I can't seem to be able to sleep.

I remember having similar experiences through the game too, you can try clicking around the spot or using the Enter key. For some reason the interaction is not very accurate in this game sometimes.

yeah steams guidelines wont allow any loli/shota stuff. however i do believe the devs added a steam exclusive quest, but it doesnt include either of them things. there is different versions. one with it and one without. the steam is without.

Well Summer/Winter memories, Tratritle and Special Summer Vacation one of the most popular shota games are on steam.
As long as you have it in separate patch it's fine but I guess Claire dev could even bother.

I go meet the nurse (forgot her name) and got everything (maybe....Topgrade bestcum-Slime extract) she asking for but seems to be stuck and had no other option than just repeat the same sentence of what stuff i need.....or did i missing something?
