what does the pregnancy content look like now? last i played it was nothing more than a status

It's still a status. Cause you still basically walk 50 steps before you "can't get an abortion" and then another 50 steps later "you go into early stages of labor." So, there's no scene of pregnant Claire having sex that's not one of the bad endings. Though there is a quest line for the Sisters of Fertility that deals with you impregnating Emily. So there is some good amount of pregnancy in the game.
