You are right.
My bad i should clarify it better. It would never completed. The game is over 8 years old and the the progress well... I can't see any the past 4 years. The creator was talented sure, his previous game was interesting and beautiful.
That game had potential but i think he got tired or he didn't complete the senario/flow chart in his head. The reality is he makes one bug fix every 8 months and one scene every 9. If it ever completes your grandchildren would have an awesome game to play.

So, what I do to keep my save is one of two things. I either manually transfer everything from the new game version to the one where my save is. Where all you have to do is us allow your computer to replace existing files when prompted. The second is you create a folder where your game is "I.E Clare's Quest" and every time you download the new version of the game, you make sure you extract it to the folder where your game is. Just make sure you allow the computer to replace files. That way you don't get multiple files of the same name.

No, only those made with older versions of rpg maker, the latest ones often have a bigger window res. In CQ case you can go into fullscreen by using F4 or use something like

I have no doubt that it will reach better places if there are minor changes or add-ons. For example, Claire can fight. If I am not mistaken, she has Amazon talent or it could be Rogue Assassin. Hello. Can someone explain something to me. I am now at Rathpike (got here using smuggler and didnt get caught in warehouse by thugs) and trying to get to Meat pit. Walkthough and some replies here say thet you can get there by bumping in to thugs in undercity east but they missing. I also at start of 2nd thief quest (stole a box at port and met Pliny) and didnt go through secret passage in undercity west to get "save natalie and girls" quest. Were thugs removed (didnt see it in patch notes) or moved somewhere, or maybe there was some othere trigger i missed (or activated) which made theme dissapear (last one i doubt the most because even if i load save where i just got to Rathpike i still cant find those thugs). So question is how can i get in pit (preferably without cheats)? Thanks in advance.
P.S. Sorry for typos and bad english in general. Not my first language but i did try to make as intelligible as possible.

Exactly when the next version will come out is unknown. Some people are on vacation. Some just want to rest from the project for a few weeks. Some are releasing concept art and HD art packs for their patreons. Probably from September they will start giving more information.

Why? There is absolutely no reason you need one for this game.
Maybe spend 2 minutes researching the game you're posting on instead of just begging for a save.

I don't know that information but try some save editor. Be careful it can corrupt rhe save. It never happened to me so far but you never know.

The two thugs you're talking about disappear after you've activated the quest to cure the runaway prostitute's poison, and talked to the three mercs to learn that the name of the poison is Whoresbane. As an aside, if your Defiance is 11 or higher at this point you actually (threaten to) beat the crap out of them and that prevents you from getting sent to the Meat Pit.

Sounds like the dev team is scattered across all fronts.....Mayhaps once the core team gets back from vacations and other side projects, we might get blessed with some more consistent and worthwhile/solidified updates.....

Is there any repeatable scenes without gallery? I wish that In the "under the table" quest just like claire×boy scale there's love scale between Charlotte and her son. Even more scenes between them even without Claire. Oh I forgot, there's a town clinic where clinic owner having 2 dicked cannibal monster. It will be cool that after the quest completed there's another quest that Claire experiments with the monster and have babies.
