The devs must be doing all they can to fix most of the bugs that were found and bring the unfinished content to get up to date
And yet they're still making over $10k a month from patrons. Crazy.

you know that there´s something wrong in the world when creating nsfw stuff is better paid than leading a country...

It is not only one guy. The money is shared among team members. Also if people want to give them money, let them, why should you care? Just look at Hollywood and how many incompetent low I.Q. people are millioners there.
Compared to that, this is nothing. We get free stuff here anyway, we have no right to complain or criticize the developers.
thanks for pointing this out: that is why humanity is lost because people are idiots giving money and attention to people already beeing billionärs making them even more richer and famous.

Curiosity, how did you get the 10k ? You looked on Patreon (I know in some cases, it is visible) ?
the devs are kinda making this game as a hobby, besides they basically made a whole other game between updates (the zombie game that i dont remember the name) among other small projects.

I wish I had a hobby that paid 10k a month.
Overgrown: Genesis was finished over 2 years ago, with some post release content added afterwards. But the rate of Claire's Quest updates and content per update actually went down after the devs finished that game despite them having no other major project soaking up half of their time and resources, and promising their supporters the opposite would happen.
And yeah, sure, the argument that people on a pirate site can't complain about the rate of updates from a dev isn't an unfair one. Except that I had been a patron at various points and the lack of regular updates was the main reason I stopped supporting the devs.
Even if I wasn't a patron, being critical of scummy business practices isn't a right reserved solely for said business' customers. And at 10k a month with multiple developers, Dystopian Project absolutely is a business.
I am avoiding comments on the other parts, but on this, yep, definitively, I know, and met in the past, bunch of consultants who had their own company, and where getting less than that, and I know tons of people (including myself, I must confess), that even when living in countries that are expensive, get a lot less as salary.
If they are a big group, it is true that this can moderate the equation (because the 10k are split), but still, start to sound like they may be actually a full salary out of it.
I cannot complain in my case, but to support your point, I can point out that when I realised that was the case from the forum, I decided against becoming a Patreon, even if I like the game.
Especially the drawing and the combination with the text are very good (well, aside some glaring mistakes, but I can manage to understand what they mean, so it's OK), and I believe once completed and with all the drawings (got the impression some scenes had text and a black screen because they are supposed to have one or two more sketches), it could be great.
And the way the quests, cheats and interface are made, from my perspectiev help avoid some of the elements of RPGM and similar platforms I dislike.
The gallery suggest most stuff in Valos is futa, which I am not interested into at all, but for me it is still a good game.
The only reason I am not sponsoring is that for me one thing is sponsoring the thing, anotehr is being "milked", I am too thin to be a milk cow
- but if they are getting 10k a month, not matter any comment in favour or against made here, I don't believe they are going to change anything, a couple of supporters more or less are not going to create a real impact .Its also been prob what feels like a year since i did this (its actually 2-3 at this point) and i could be kind of wrong
With what Penitensary replied to you with, its pretty much how i had done it. I looked up my comment on another site cause i remember making it and this is what i said
"In case yall are like me and cheat-teleport out of the beginning/starting area, you can still get Beth for the farm without having to do the starting quests ect.
You gotta look at the guide/walkthrough on how to rescue her form the kidnapped house place, there are a few pre-quests you have to do before that point but it is well worth it"
idk how to use save files. i put them in the save folder but it doesnt work when i load up the game
