Question and a suggestion.
The Question is, when it rains and Claire gets soaked, she has to run to safety. Is the Paupers the only event when it rains? I think it is, but I'm not sure. It does say thieves and monsters can roam when it rains.
The suggestion is to allow an option where Claire is strong enough to overcome the attack, but allows it to happen, +1 depravity is added the first time only.

So far the Paupers are the only thing that happens when it rains. But I'm not sure if that's just because it only seems to rain in the outer city of Valos. Maybe in a future patch they'll add more rain events.

I thought so, but it's a bit odd, you start in Valos, but after the event, you're outside the slums.
Made me think that maybe there was another event that triggered near the slums. Got to be a rain event in the slums at some point I would figure.

CQ is a game where you start as a very weak character that needs to rely on using agility and smarts to win over different situations, you wont see the classic turn based gameplay and instead stuff like puzzle solving, avoiding being catched by enemies by being faster or through stealth, etc. The max of anything near combat you'll see is backstabbing mobs in certain missions.
Which scenes change due to your attribute stats? For example the scene with Stella changes if your seduction stat is higher. Any other scenes that change like that?

There's a couple, but usually having higher Depravity causes Claire to enjoy getting assaulted, and higher Defiance can cause Claire to fight off her attackers. And of course having high enough stats to prevent the H-scene altogether.

Game's unplayable for me. Every time status screen shoes up ( fatigue, rested) it freezes on it... Any idea on what kind of potato was it made. Maybe it needs to be played on some old windows.
