Still no new version? Here's that (funny) case when I bought a game (even on Steam) but because of the idiotic Visa+M policy, the authors are afraid to update the game there, supposedly they don't want it to be deleted or blocked, so they don't show any activity there. But still, what should I do if I BOUGHT it??? It's kind of a shame.

As far as I know the non Steam version has shota content, Steam version has something else in its place

i am waiting for the complete version of the game.
sinds 2 pieces of story content are locked behind where you support the dev.
i want both the prostetution and urchin storyline, and not have them split between versions.
i think that is realy stuppid to do.

You'll be waiting for some good years until they finish, currently it's barely near halfway done, there's still a lot of content to come if we go based on the roadmap.

not my problem.
i'm simply not spending money on the game till it is there.
tbh, i am skipping most updates, just going back once in a while to see what got added, and if the content i want to follow has it's story updated.
till the full version, i don't see the point of exploring the full game.
that will leave some suprises for when i own the game.
so not my problem.

from what i have played, i can say this: i like the game inof to buy it.
just not inof to keep spending money for in development costs.

Patience, this version has bugs in previous game quests. These are being fixed. Priority is always given to Patreon, Steam/GoG, and finally here. Additionally, the Steam version is one of three versions of the game being fixed (currently, version C of the Steam update, the game still freezes at or just before this dialogue point—as shown in the image, the minimap isn't working, and other issues).
