No, you're just wrong here. 0.2 is 0.2.0, not 0.20, or 0.200, or any amount of padded zeroes thereafter, there are no hidden zeroes. 0.9 is less than 0.22, it's exactly 13 minor releases prior in fact.
Haven't seen a gamedev around following up on versioning system which is more or less accepted in the Software engineering world. Some devs tho are at best, consistent. As long the next is bigger number the last, it does the job I guess

I'm stuck in the ranger lodge. The game won't let me walk up to Roxanne. I'm stuck at the entrance to her room. I guess I have to start a new game. Anyone know any workarounds for these bugs?
It's still there, just invisible, another bug in this update. The first thief guild quest's lockbox is similarly invisible.
It seems only the entrance's block has a problem, I used an older save to enter and when I came back to this version I could walk around the room but couldn't exit.

You can't access Roxanne's room. Neither on an old file, new file nor entirely new game and savefile.
I'd usually recommend waiting for a patch or hot-fix, but since it seems to be a map issue you can use

to obtain a cheat menu that allows you to teleport to an X,Y location on a given map. You can use it to teleport to tile (3,6) of the rangers lodge.It's fairly simple to setup and get running, just follow the instructions. Once again, I don't generally recommend this sort of solution but since it's a fairly simple problem, it should be fine.

Oh, got this one too. Solved it by just (paradoxally) spending some energy in the nearby bull pen or stables

It's simpel, just go to Claires_Quest_0.22.1_WIN\Claire's Quest 0.22.1 WIN\www\audio\me and copy victory2 and rename it to Mystery. Should work from there on. Do the same with Musical1 for Musical2. Should work until a fix will come.
