You are so fucking awesome for such a detailed breakdown and I absolutely love how interested you are.
Most of the issues and ideas you've mentioned I've ran into and i think I have a good idea of how I want to handle a lot of them. 90 days is a long time and it's just a placeholder for now until I add enough content to stretch things out. Realistically it'll be like 50 or 60 days in. Also all the stats and money are pretty unbalanced until I find the sweet spot for when they're used. Good call on limiting how low Submissiveness.
I'd love to answer so much more but I want it to be a surprise. Big plans for this game and I'm super excited for it you just gotta trust me and be patient.
Won't have access to my pc until Monday so I can't fix anything just yet and I've got no clue about the porn tool.

I would strongly consider adding it and as early in development as possible, there's a good chunk of people who don't mind playing female protagonists so long as they're female exclusive games, and whilst i could be wrong, i suspect most men that do enjoy that outnumber those who enjoy playing a woman who takes copious amounts of dick... at the very least it'd be close enough to warrant serious consideration as you'll be limiting your potential fanbase/supporterbase by ignoring it.Well eventually I want most content to be avoidable so if you're not into something or a specific character you're not stuck dealing with it to get to parts you like. Can't promise a purely lesbian option but ideally you'll be able to avoid any male content. I'll keep this idea in mind moving forward though, good call
I think it would be good to add more personality and virtues to the heroine.
It is clear that the game is not really about this and that this is a very early part, but the fall is much more dramatic from a great height, not from ground level.
To become a bad girl, you need to be a good girl.
As for personality - it is not yet clear what life is like outside of the blackmail situation. Perhaps she could have some hobby or goal besides the main storyline. For example, doing art/sing like solo and in choir or band /chess/some other activity and wanting to win a school competition in this area. Of course, these activities would gradually be influenced by the depravity of the main character and the desire to increase her rating.
I believe this is planned, but I will note that it would be logical to add activity with Violet. Something related to increasing her rating at school.
Maybe volunteering or holding parties, organizing a club, helping in the library or teachers. Of course, also with the addition of the influence of the depravity of the main character and the desire to earn a rating.
Over time, by claiming that the main character would become the class pet, Sophie could be forced to wear her animal cosplay - ears, stockings, tail.

It didn't happen at all. If I add a lesbian mode I'll probably just remove all the male character scenes. Otherwise it'll be stuff like pepper spraying the bully so he leaves you alone but then getting sent to the principals office as a downside to avoiding the route. Just a random example idea but something along those lines.
love the concept and have this on watch for sure. 90 days i think is way way too long. i'd like to see maybe 2-4 weeks max, THEN after the election, move on to let us play AS the "class pet". i'd say for simplification sake, put it on rails, with her always becoming class pet, by choice or by sabotage. this can be mitigated or done well IF dialogue and attitude are different enough based on what happened. Dom them all, train them into good little pets, make them vote for whoever annoys you the most - profit.
Make it impossible to dom and train everyone in one single playthrough though, this way someone will be left to vote for since no point voting for a pet you already own. Or maybe make it possible to vote for teachers too.
Plenty of things you could do with this setting you yoinked off certain doujinshi or hentai.

Minor bug: when waiting for Sophie there's a hand sticking out of a locker to the left.
As far as removing guys go maybe swap out their models and tweak some dialogue so that they're chicks with strap-ons? might be a relatively easy way to get that stuff seen.
Also looking forward to more, not much there currently but I think it looks very promising.

It's not an issue with ren'py, i don't have any other ren'py game flagged, thing is, even the archive gets flagged, same with the archive directly from patreon, but for another virus.
Not touching this until it gets resolved.

I have absolutely no clue what's going on or how to fix it but the second I get home it'll be the very first thing I do. Sorry about all this to everyone who's having the issue
The game looks great, but I can't play it because of this virus, the game just doesn't want to start because of it. I hope something can be done about it. I really want to play it.
