Anyway, allow me to offer a different opinion and perspective:

As a guy who has had multiple FFM threesomes IRL, I can tell you that most happen when everyone involved interacts with everyone and usually simultaneously. Sure, sometimes one person takes a break, but most of the time I always had my dick in one of them regardless of whatever the two women were doing - either to me or to each other. And no, there were never substantially more interactions between the two women. I was typically the main focus, although I think it naturally just happened that way especially because I wasn't demanding to be.

It is just awkward if someone is sitting around waiting for their turn and not doing anything for an extended period of time. The one time I started to have a threesome where one of the women was slightly uncomfortable with any affection from the other woman, the whole thing never got too far.

It isn't realistic to think a woman is going to stay completely turned on while just waiting and not being engaged in the experience. And sex with two different women separate from one another isn't really a threesome - even if they are in the same room together. Now, if the Mc gets a chick and she is bi, and occasionally she and a girl do stuff while he is there because he wants them too, then I can sometimes enjoy it even. As long as the line isn't cross of them becoming lovers and the Mc is still actually the main character. Seen lots of games where the "harem" actually ends up belonging to an aggressive lesbian in the group and the Mc is just a dildo with a pulse and maybe adds some baby batter if they want kids. Heck, I've seen games with futa and femboys where one of those character even ended up knocking up a female in the so-called harem because the so-called main character became such an after thought and such a weakling to some of the girls that were supposedly in his harem.

Ultimately, the dev will do as he wants and can ignore any advice anyone gives (EDIT: Which he or she clearly is doing). But to claim that you know better than the other user when you don't is odd. He could be right, you could be right, you both could be wrong, but you assert that because you like the type of content that he is wrong and doesn't know what he is talking about but you are the one with the truth on a subject (how games have faired and how their success of failure relates to the inclusion of lesbian activity in their game) while you haven't actually looked into it really, you just know how you feel about it. The other guy probably hasn't actually looked into either.

And here's another thing, it is realistic for a girl to stay turned on while watching other people fuck, girls watch porn too, and if she's a cuckquean then you bet your ass she would be hot and bothered by seeing her man fuck someone else and it probably wouldn't even enter her mind to get involved and ruin her view and get in the way until he finished inside the other girl (just as one example).
