does anyone know when we get the house at university do the two guys paul and scortt have a scene with them?
Not sure about Paul in this patch, but there's scenes with Scott.
You need to farm his relationship till a point he takes you to the garage on Saturday around 3 P.M.
Then repeat Saturday garage event ( can use S/L ) till he suggest to shower before going home.
If shower did happened, remember to quick save/load again till you need soap, then sex scene and the rest happened.

Paul does not, his route includes the MMO and that portion has been completed but nothing outside the MMO yet

Are you doing the quest at the frat house? If so, go to the kitchen and play the drinking game. Pay attention to the directions and if the previous round was right or wrong. I would also suggest intentionally messing up and reversing the direction the game goes in the first round so that Tyler (your target) drinks before you. You're able to interfere with the person that drinks before you, and he'll mess with you and try to get you drunk if he goes after you. Once he's drunk enough, you'll take him up to his room (that was previously guarded) and be able to enter it.

Is there a way to makes all NPCs attracted to the PC even if they have a penis like in older versions? It was more fun that way. Now most NPCs just write you off and get you fired.

It's not forced per-say on a whole. There's some storylines / characters that do force TF and transexual transformations. But you can (with a fair amount of effort) avoid female TFs. There is also at least 1 event and one magic item that you can get to transform to be more masculine.
A lot of it is focused on having the PC shift towards female, mostly by having more feminine actions lead to body TFs and sometimes mental effects too, but masculine actions shift you the other way. Like doing yoga vs strength training at the gym. Much of the random content is pretty balanced between the male, female, and transexual PC, but most of the character arcs are more with the PC either becoming or already feminine. There's some male focused stuff, but not terribly much.
You can also be gay, straight, or bisexual in any form in the game.
You always start as male, and will turn female by doing things like reading women focused magazines. If you want to jump that process and be female right away, go to the testing lab and do the "male birth control" test.
You should be able to find the university right away in the current version of the game, on a visit to ( I think) the business district you'll have something about a apartment looking for roommates, which is in the University district.
It may be there right from the start as well, just using the bus. I don't recall is it is, but it might.

I still cant believe the developer hasn't updated new trans scenes yet. The game has changed many things but the scenes are still the same. I believe im not the only one who got bored of the scenes!
Even with Eternal flame, guys will still refuse you for having a penis and you will still lose your office job.
