Is a a magic tranformation game.. There're many conditions where that could happens..
Going to Fairhaven cast on you a temporary spell to allow you to stay in it.. (only female allowed in it)
After a week that wear off.. (that is the first one usually occuring)

Which face displays depends on your overall 'score', which depends on your body. Some part of you probably shrank enough for the overall balance to tip one way over the other.

It's also possible that the temporary fem buff you can get on day 1 in Fairhaven ran out (if you don't look feminine enough, such as your default appearance when starting the game, if you commit to the bit while you're being interviewed by the head lady your body will become more feminine.) When it does wear off the game makes a big point of it, so it's not likely that you missed it somehow.

I played initial Twine version too, that is 0.5 or so. From there a lot of things changed so there is some improvement, but for first time and most players who are regular QSP is indeed better. And was this System switch was needed? I don't know, but I do know that Twine and Sugarcube atleast gets a lot more update that QSP which is almost obsolete sadly nowadays.

I don't know who is responsible for updating this thread, but this game (among some others) hasn't been updated here in the last 6 months on F95, the version you mentioned was released less than 3 weeks ago.

I don't know why the dev had removed his 1.1.9 to keep 1.1.8 as last version for QSP. I still have 2 ZIP files (game and media, it's not full, just update from 1.1.8).

The things tend just to mess themselves up. A critical bug out of nowhere maybe (I still wonder if there any automated tests for QSP beyond the clicking it again and again...)
And it looks like the dev has being moving from QSP to Twine (and 1.0.0 is still buggy and incomplete compared to QSP version, as many things works very differently now...) so I assume these new versions are "playground" patches to be implemented in Twine version.
But I've tried both and I'm still not satisfied with Twined 1.0.0 (so I'd name it as 0.9.0) - for example, stats screen showing that MC has a pussy but some girl is shocked (and aroused) with MC's tiny cock...


So I come to conclusion that 1.1.9 is not ready to be published to wide audience, and has been published by mistake or in hurry.
