For AMI iirc it was the "Male Birth Control" option, but there tons of ways to get turned female, including going to the Crowing Moon pawn shop at the wharf and eating the bubble gum, getting picked up by the alternate dimension black hole thing, abducted by the aliens in the park...etc.
