You first have to assemble it:1st have all the pieces,2nd wear the bra and follow guidance,3rd include the collar into your outfits
3rd/b for occasional--- wear the collar with your current clothes
Ps the collar goes to necklace slot

I was looking for a game where I can be a slutty tranny saving up for hormones and maybe a little surgery, so I gave this a whirl. 15 minutes in and suddenly I am a bimbo with ridiculous Z-cup breasts that I can't get rid of even with the cheat menu. Some kind of warning would have been nice.

You can be a slutty tranny... just follow the initial suggestions in game.
No hormones in game instead you get magic and tech.
If you want to keep the "wiener" then use it.
Z-cups can be removed at z-cup island... walk around the harbor at noon, investigate at uni library, search for it again at the harbor, charm yourself into the island, find the central lake, go swim....
