Is there a way to cheat the game so that 99% of npcs don't reject shemale mc? Like it is a game I don't need it to be realistic. Literally tried with 50 NPCs and only 1/50 didn't say "whoa I didn't sign up for that".

In Kelly's Pub, don't meet NPC who is smiling and trying to catch your eye. It's 99% chance to reject shemale MC because they think you are a real girl... You must to meet NPC who don't try to catch your eye (every day, you find a few of women and guys who accept you)
My shemale MC has 25 NPC women in the contact phone.
is there any point to this? (my version is 1.7) i think your soft reality-twisting power based on things you do is so cool - but there are so so many events that invariably drop you at extreme endpoints at such frequency that the slow twisting of reality changes practically nothing when compared to them and it becomes about the rng events..

The developer got tired of the limitations of QSP and decided to port it over to Twine. He's still building out the base systems afaik.
If by blackmail quest you mean the Julia event chain, she needs to find out about your secret. Try masturbating in the shower, she randomly catches you at it.

Yes I'm sure, but it might have been mislabeled because I never got 1.1.8 before so that 1.1.9 might have just been a mislabeled.
