does anyone know hhow to pass the last stage
i always get stuck on her left arm ...and all the fullsave seems to have the same problem too

So a bit of bad news on this. Go through the replies on their account and translate the Japanese ones. If the translations and my understanding of the the translations are correct, the hot springs game and the nurse one are two different games. The hot spring game has been shelved (for now) because the dev felt that they had too many concepts they wanted to include in the game and felt it would not meet their expectations for it. Also, the nurse game will apparently be out later this year but do not bet on it, as it is just an estimate and the dev has said this before (about the hotspring game) but hasn't been able to keep to the promise. Not saying blame the dev or send them hate, just keep expectations low is all I mean.
