Is the resolution fucked or something? Did they expect everyone to use 27' monitor? for a fucking pixel game as well? Every game should at least have fucking resizeable window. It's ridiculous I can't even navigate the menu/shop properly because I'm playing on a laptop.
I say download ResizeEnable or any similar app and fix it yourself.
